Welcome. Gratitude Habitat is a place to embrace, inspire and bring to life the numerous blessings and opportunities available to each of us. The practice of daily gratitude opens our hearts in appreciation, contributing to a happier, more abundant life.
Set aside a few minutes each day to sit in your favorite place (a garden, a park, your backyard), or before you go to bed to reflect on what or who you are grateful for in your life. List 5-10 things and explain why when time permits.
Take time to reflect on your own abilities, talents, and positive attributes, and appreciate the things, people, and personal gifts/talents you have instead of focusing on what you don’t have.
