The rights to the images in the Gratitude Habitat Gallery have been purchased from a variety of online photography websites for use exclusively by Gratitude Habitat. Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the images in any form is prohibited other than the following:
 
  • you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only
  • you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material
By purchasing the usage rights to these images, Gratitude Habitat has been granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use said photographs as permitted by the original supplier. All other rights in and to the Content, including, without limitation, all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Content, are retained by the supplier of the Content.
