Making a practice of acknowledging the people and things for which we are grateful lifts our spirits, improves our attitude and our health as well as strengthens our relationships.
Try to make a habit of daily reflection. Write down the experiences, memories, opportunities, people, and anything else for which you are thankful in a notebook or gratitude journal.
